Dr. Leif Ford

Dr. Leif Ford is a licensed and ordained pastor, relationship and organizational consultant, pastoral care provider, instructor, and public speaker with over 35 years of experience serving ethnically, culturally, and numerically varied public and private institutions, both faith-based and secular. 

He is a relational and cultural architect, specializing in interpersonal relationships and communication, individual and organizational credibility, holistic spiritual care, and the application of Biblical wisdom.

Dr. Ford believes that holistic descriptions produce holistic prescriptions.  In other words, life’s solutions arise out of understanding, identifying, and depicting our problems comprehensively and holistically.

He attained both a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry (1994) and Masters in Business Administration (2010) from Bushnell University in Eugene, OR.  He completed his Doctorate of Philosophy (2016) from Walden University.

Dr. Ford’s doctoral dissertation included pioneering research of nine (9) separate dimensions of credibility. He has co-authored a chapter on middle-age development for an academic psychology textbook. 

Outside of his professional calling, Dr. Ford enjoys traveling, literature on hidden history, playing guitar, fitness, keto recipes, and dinners with friends. He and his wife live in Shasta County, CA.
